Ok so i got my build set up: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qNCjbv

im using spare stuff from my old pc: 2 ssds (samsung 830 240gb i think, and hyperx 120gb and a 500gb hdd) (i will get a better hard drive later on)

I have already bought the CPU and the graphics card and i will use the psu and 8gb ram i had on my other pc and the hdds.

my questions here are:

1) The powersupply i have there on pcpartpicker will it be enough and does it have enough amps on 12v rail to power that gtx 970 the card only uses 1, 8 pin connector.

2) i hate a few motherboard in mind: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128713 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157521... are these good and if you know of any others that are not above 130$ please recommend them.

3) I also picked out 2 heatsinks i do not want to spend more than 50$ on a heatsink which of these 2 is better: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608016 and if you know of any other that does not go over 50$ let me know please :)

So yeah if someone kind enough could help me out with these 3 things i would be very grateful thanks a bunch if you stopped by to look at the post :).

So you already have a 4790k, GTX970, and some hard drives?
So you need a motherboard, psu, RAM, cpu cooler, and case?
What is your budget for these remaining parts?

The Cooler Master 212 Evo is awesome and I highly recommend it.
That 1000w Rosewill is overkill even for a two 970 SLI setup.
I don't think you could go wrong on a Z97 motherboard.

i bought the 1000w rosewill long ago on a sale haha but do u think the 12v rails on it will have no problems powering up the 970 with the amps it has?

and i have almost all the stuff even the ram sorry i did not specify that, i use ripjaws i got 1, 8gb stick

out of the 2 motherboards i posted which is better in your opinion? i dunno if i might need an atx to be able to fit the heatsink no problem, instead of the mATX im not sure haha i have never used an mATX.

im trying to not waste more than 130$ on a motherboard and no more than 50$ on a heatsink

Yes the Rosewill will power a 970
The CM 212 Evo is the most popular cooler on the market. You'd be hard pressed to find a motherboard that doesn't support it.
Don't sweat the difference between mATX and ATX as there really isn't much difference outside of physical size.
If I were you, I would get whichever Z97 was on sale for the best price as long as it's Asus, ASRock, MSI, or Gigabyte. The only question you need to ask yourself is whether or not it needs to support SLI.

This is a great deal. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128714&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

the above gigabyte motherboard is on sale right now and is normally well above $150. it is far better than the other two you linked and fully supports sli. your rosewill 1000w power supply will easily power two 970s, maybe even three 970s, but you dont need three anyways. the cooler master hyper 212 evo has very good value. really the only other cooler that costs more than the hyper 212 is the phanteks or noctua 140mm fans. but they are extremely large and not for everybody.
