Mail-in rebate question

I may purchase a new graphics card.But it says that the mail-in rebate offer will end in two days. If I were to order it before it expires but do not receive the item yet, would I still be able to get the discount from the rebate?

Yes. Rebates are based on date of purchase. As long as the invoice (date of purchase) is dated before the expiration date, you are good.
But if you stop shaving the day you send in your rebate, you will have a full beard by the time it arrives.
