I am looking for a second monitor to be used in portrait mode. My primary monitor is is roughly 16.1" vertically from the bottom of the table to the top of the monitor. Thus, I am looking for something that would be roughly the same height in portrait mode.
I plan to use this primarily for reading comics and manga, so i would like something that looks fairly good. My budget is anything $250. I would appreciate some recommendations. Thank you.
