Error code 43 in device manager. AMD Card not sending a display.

My r9 270x is not sending a signal to my monitor. I have uninstalled the AMD drivers and reinstalled new ones. On pervious attempts, I would get a errors during installation. Now, I do not get errors when installing the drivers, but I still have no display from my card. I've already RMA'd my video card and PSU; the problem still exists.

Driver version 14.301.1
R9 270x
Corsair CX500m

Ensure that your monitor is plugged into the GPU, not the onboard graphics.
