Looking for PSU Advice on my Budget Build

The build I plan on going with is

Intel Pentium G3258 Haswell Dual-Core 3.2GHz
MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
9800 GT 1GB (Until I can afford SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100365L Radeon R9 270 2GB)

So I was wondering whether I can use my current Corsair 400w PSU or should I invest in a new more powerful PSU immediately? I had planned on overclocking the Haswell otherwise I'd be fairly confident the PSU would be fine. In addition, any PSU/Case combos you would recommend on a budget?

If it's a CX400 you'd probably be fine with he nvidia card. Though with the 270 I'd look to something of a little more quality.

It's way overkill, but at this price there's really no reason not to go with this as of now. It'd provide adequate room for a 270 crossfire solution in the future.

I was actually thinking about picking up this Ultra 550w PSU Though I wasn't sure how reliable the brand was. After looking around a bit more I might pick this one up instead Rosewill Green Series RG530-S12 530W
