what do you guys think about this monitor ?

mainly i'll be changing my old monitor cos of screen tearing issues, would i get rid of such issues with this monitor ? and what is its max. refresh rate ?

i've went through every single test that could be done on my pc components and it was not any of them, when i used softwares to enhance the v-sync seems like it fixed the issue...means that its a screen tearing issue.

im the same pal bult my rig whats great well i think it is anyway novice at all this sorry but im using my Samsung 40inch in my room and it lights up the room to much when my girlfriend is going to sleep so i can buy that monitor tomorrow for £50 but not sure if its any good. this is my pc spec
