Tom's Hardware Site Occasionally Inaccessible?

So lately I've been having issues with the Tom's Hardware site. Sometime the chrome extension will fail to load and infinitely show the "..." text. In addition, when I try to access the site I'll get a weird error. Google shows zero results and I have no idea what may be causing it or how to fix it. [strike]Also, I don't have a screenshot or remember what it says but I'll update you on that a soon as I can. (Which is after I get the error again and the error temporarily goes away)[/strike]

NOTE: If this is in the wrong section, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I don't see a category for site bugs and this is the closest thing I could find.
