How to properly ground myself with a fully painted case and psu?

Before I get to working on a pc I'm building, I just want to be sure that I won't be frying any of my parts. To be safe I went a purchased a anti static wrist strap, but the problem is the only way I've seen how to use it is to clip it to bare metal on the case/psu but both are entirely painted. Any suggestions on how I can ground myself?

Stick an unpainted screw in. Clamp to it.
