Is this computer good to run most games right now?

GPU: Gigabyte HD 7870 OC Edition
Motherboard: Asus z97 AR
Ram: Hyperx 1700mhz 8gb(2x4gb)
Cooler: 3 120mm cooler and an aftermarket cpu cooler
Hard Drive: ssd 840 evo
750 gb Samsung 7200rpm
Monitor: AOC 27" E2752VH 1920x1080

I just want to play rpgs like skyrim, and other games like black flag.

These computer specs are decent. I recommend clocking your CPU higher so it doesn't bottleneck.

This will definitely run games like skyrim.. black flag.. etc but on a 1080P resolution I personally do not think this will be able to run newer games on ultra.
