Philips 40 inch 4k monitor

Does anyone know anything about the Philips 40 inch 4k monitor BDM4065UC It seems to be awesome. I can't find anything online about it reviews etc... But what I did find it says that it would not be good for gaming. Was wondering why? It is out in China and thinking about picking one up. If anyone has any info on this, it would be much appreciated.

There is nothing wrong with it for gaming, but there is an issue with the hardware you need to game at 4k well.

They think it would not be good for gaming because it has 3-8.5ms response time. Most people consider 1-2ms to be good for gaming. It only supports 8 bit color, so that sucks for UHD. Also, for a future monitor that's coming out, it only has HDMI 1.4, so that's pretty cheap of them. That's why you shouldn't get it
