Monitor Asus VS238H-P - Screen tearing with EA Games?

I've noticed that my Asus VS238H-P has a lot of screen tearing with Battlefield 4 and Titanfall. I fixed Battlefield 4 by limiting my FPS to 65. But why do I get screen tearing like crazy with these games? I haven't noticed it with any other game. I mostly get it in the middle of my screen as well!

I've noticed I actually get it with scrolling through MS Word as well! Right in the middle of my screen.. or is that just the loading of the document, you think?
