Windows 8.1 Tablet and 1900x1200 or Android 4.4 with 2048x1536?

Hello guys need some help here i am really in deep thoughts about buying a tablet. I am between 2 tablets with almost similar characteristics 2GB ram 32GB capacity etc. Got 2 questions : windows 8.1 with 1900x1200 res or Android KitKat 4.4 with 2048x1536?

I don't game on mobile devices since my pc covering everything i need and want, but i want to be able any given time to work on office and many other pc programms while i am on the go.
If anyone got experience with windows tablet i would appreciate his knowledge on the matter.

I know Android has more games and apps, but windows can carry almost all my pc programms from my desktop to the tablet which as far as i have seen it's a mini laptop.

Windows sounds a better option if there are programs that needs windows. Although I would recommend getting a keyboard with it though.
