I have bought a new monitor yesterday, as always I have the monitor unused for around twelve hours to make sure the temperature is good. I'm typing this on my old HP 1740 monitor which I connected to the onboard graphics. This morning I wanted to connect the LG D2500N to my computer but when I start it up it says DVI-D Power Saving Mode. The graphics card fan is spinning and it's connected to the PSU. I made sure that I turned of the PSU while connecting the monitor. How can I fix this?
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 290
PSU: Corsair CX600
Monitor with the DVI-D Power Saving Mode problem: LG D2500N
Old monitor connected to the onboard graphics: HP 1740

I'm not a native speaker so forgive me if my English is bad.
