Asus VS228HR vs Samsung S22D390HS

I'm looking for a monitor for my custom built pc that i'll be making soon, the asus monitor is £95 and the samsung is £75 so which one should I go for? I'd rather save money and go for the samsung if the difference isn't much but if it's really worth it I'll pay more for the asus. So is the asus worth the £20 extra or should I stick with the samsung

They are both cheap 21.5' TN panels. They have very identical specs. If you are on very tight budget get cheaper one, there won't be day and night difference between them. If you can squeeze 30 extra over Asus then get something like:

23 incher and is has IPS panel which is much better.

I'd personally get the ASUS VS228HR but that is because I have a preference towards brands for monitors.
