Over Current Detected on USB Device system will shutdown in 15 seconds Help

I built my computer about 2-3 months ago there has been many problems but I have been able to fix them but recently when I tried to turn my computer on I got the error Over Current Detected on USB Device system will shutdown in 15 seconds I have been looking for solutions for hours and still can not find any. I really need my computer any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed it the screws in the motherboard were causing shortages
