so i just build a new computer, been running well for the past month but today it started freezing up. by the term 'freezing up' i mean the page i was viewing remains as it is, (if it was a video,it stays at the same timing,no change in pic of the video', both keyboard and mouse shows it is still connected but no response can be seen from either one of them, the fans in the case are still running however

specs are as follows:
ROG VII hero
i7-4790k
16gb corsair 1866mhz
corsair h100i
MSI gaming GTX 970 4gb
250gb samsung evo
2tb baracuda HDD
corsair cs750m PSU

what could be causing the problems? afterall, all the components are new
and is there a way to fix this?

*update*
windows memory diagnostic tests show rams are okay
it freezes up at bios
when it launches windows, multiple error messages occurs, such as clock_watchdog_timeout and whea_uncorrectable_error
i cant download/install/run any programmes. whether its downloading a new antivirus scanner or running my current one or instaling a windows update

please help
