PC Turns off after a few minutes of gameplay

So whenever I launch any game, it shuts off my computer within a few minutes and my monitor goes to where it searches for analog or digital. The computer is still on, however. My temperatures are at 38C constant while running games for my CPU and 31C for GPU. I just got a new GPU the other day, but this also happened with my last one. I was just wondering what could fix this. I think it could possibly be a power supply issue, but I am not sure.
