What is the best method for connecting my new second monitor to my card?

I'd like the best quality, so whatever cable makes that possible is worth it.

The new monitor is this one:
Samsung SD590 Series S24D590PL 23.6-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor

What's in the Box
Samsung 24-Inch LED Monitor S24D590PL, VGA cable, installation CD, and quick setup guide.

Here is my rig for your consideration:

So you monitor has HDMI in, and your card has DVI or displayport?

Any digital signal gives equivalent quality (at 1080p/60 which you have). So the cheapest option is a DVI -> HDMI cable. The video signals are the same so it's just a cheap cable and you get no loss of quality.

The monitor has 2x HDMI and 1x VGA, the Card has no HDMI - only DVI

Is this the cable you're suggesting?
Dynex™ - 6' DVI-D-to-HDMI Cable
