XFX Radeon R7 250 2GB DDR3 or Diamond Radeon HD7750 1GB GDDR5

Fairly new to the whole gaming scene and I am having trouble choosing between two graphics card. Both are similar in price but the r7 250 has double the ram but the HD7750 has ddr5 and better processing power (I`m told).

Which is the better of the two? Thanks for any help
