Fx-6300 + 660 ti SLI Bottleneck on cpu?

As title says will two 660 ti's in sli create a bottleneck with the slightly aging 6300? Also, yes I do know the 660 ti is getting a bit old and would be better to just buy a new card altogether but since I already have one and can get another for about 110 i'll just go for that. Also how big of psu should I have with this?

My cpu is OC'd to 4.5Ghz and i have 8gb of ddr3, and a 120gb ssd.

I don't think it will bottleneck.
Probably a 500-600W psu
