EVGA GTX760 3 Monitor Surround help

Hi guys, my name is alex. I just recently bought 2 extra monitor so now I have 3; 2 are asus and one is a Samsung. They are all the same size and resolution. I also bought a GTX760 video card. I was hoping on playing some games in surround, but my surround only works when im not playing.

I only have one game, Titan Fall, and when I start, the left and right screen turns off.

What can I do?

Please help. I truly appreciate any advice.

What ports on the gtx760 are you connecting to what ports on your monitors?

I have one plug in in the HDMI, then the other two is plugged on each of the two DVI(the rectangle connector with a lot of pins.

I gather you have plugged the hdmi into a monitor hdmi port (?)

One DVI is DVI-I (does digital and analog) and the other is DVI-D (digital only)

What monitor ports have you plugged them into? And have you used any adapters?

I7, yes, one is plugged hdmi to hdmi, one hdmi into DVI, and the other one is DVI to DVI.

No adapters. just the hdmi cable that turns into a dvi at the other end.

Did I do something wrong. The screen surround works during desktop, but when I play titanfall, no go.

I thought nvidia surround required the use of at least one DisplayPort?

Go into Steam and find a free game you can test the setup with, as this may be a Titanfall issue

EDIT: Go into your video settings in Titanfall, look for 5760x1080 in the resolution settings, see if that works.
