I was thinking of doing the motherboard last since is cheaper than anything else and i also lost my win8 disk i till have the product ID number, I cant remember if i need the window disk if replace the board. Back in the old day i only use Gigabyte board do you any recommendation? thank for all the help

You can do it last, but it might die on you unexpectedly. The Asus M5A97 R2.0 or the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P are good boards if you don't want to use crossfire/SLI. If you want to overclock (which I suggest you do for the FX-8320), go for the Gigabyte.

You don't need to upgrade your CPU as of now. So it's graphics card + motherboard.

I want to thank everyone for all the help. I think i made up my mind on ASUS M5a99fx pro r2.0 and ASUS STRIX-GTX970, and pick up a better power supply and a second GTX970 in the summer.

The ASUS strix doesn't have good vrm cooling, pick up a gigabyte or MSI gaming card.

Get the gigabyte G1 gaming or MSI gaming edition, they have the best coolers and offer the most OCing headroom. They also haven't had too many coil whine problems unlike the other 970s
