AMD PC Build $600 Dollar Budget

Hello I'm looking for an AMD PC build that preferably has the MSI R9 270X. I am going to be playing CS: GO, and mostly Far Cry 4. I know you can't make a PC for 600 that can run it on ultra but I would like to be able to play it on at least high.
I have also been looking at an FX 8320 processor. If you can incorporate those two parts in it, that would be awesome

Will this be able to play Far Cry 4 on at least high? and skyrim on ultra or high?

Yeah, if you took out the operating system and if we upgraded to a r9 280X or a gtx 770+ you could probably achieve high settings on those games, here is an altered build, it has a better fan and graphics card
