So I recently got this cpu air cooler fitted and I just wanted to make sure these temps were fine (I get paranoid over temps) this Is with Google Chrome open with 4-5tabs Including a twitch stream, steam, hwmonitor, origin, also It's a dual monitor setup too.

Those temps look fine. Doubtful your cpu was doing much work at the time, other than maybe twitch stream. BF4 install wouldn't have maxed out your cpu really, the time to check it would be after playing bf4 for a little while when the cpu is under load. I'd consider these closer to 'idle' temperatures. They still look good. When people refer to temps in terms of hitting 50 or 60 degrees under load, they're talking celsius so seeing it translated to x*F may seem a lot higher to you.

Yeah I'm expecting my NZXT Source 530 case to come In a few hours so I can finally use my gtx 970 that came yesterday In which I'll be jamming some BF4 sometime In a few hours, I just feel like the socket temp Is way to hot compared to my CPU chip. Or am I worrying about nothing?

After playing Golmud Railway for 20min Ultra, then High the CPU chip hit max of 46c and the socket temp 54. I'll Install Prem maps later and try.

CS:Go has gone from 34c to 41-42c with socket temp from 42-43c to 50-51c

BF4 runs about 44-46c Ultra/High and the Socket Is like 52-54c

These temps alright?
