i3-4160/4330+GTX760 or i5-4xxx+GTX750. Or maybe AMD ?

Im trying to build a new PC and i cant decide wich setup would be better for MMO(swtor,wow,eve) and overall multiplayer gaming combined with occasional single player gaming. What would be more important here, a better CPU or a better GPU. Maybe i should i go with AMD instead, for example x4 860k with a high end GPU. I had AMD FX 8150 with high end AMD GPU around 2 years ago, i had a lot of problems with it like micro stutter, fps spikes, overheating ...i was really angry with it and i sold it. I kinda miss PC gaming, this is why i sold my PS4 and im building a nice livingroom PC now.

Im not interested in OC and the rest of the setup is non-negotiable because this particular PC will be sitting in a living room and it has to be silent and good-looking. Im not considering g3258 as an option.

The rest of the parts are:
AsRock H97 Anniversary mobo
8GB DDR3-1600 CL9
Cooltek U3 with window
be quiet! Straight Power E9 580W CM 80+ Gold
be quiet! Pure Rock or maybe Dark Rock 3
I already own 500GB Samsung SSD EVO, i had it in my PS4 before i sold it.
I also own Windows 8 retail version.

If your budget is tight, you can go i3-4160 and r9 285 , the 760 gets outclassed by it and it's the same price. I promise, you'll max out every game with that 285. Good luck!

Yeah, for strictly gaming I3+better gpu. Might wait for the gtx 960, though.

I too say i3 + 280, 285, or 280x. The i3 will be better than you expect.
