Is this £107 24" IPS monitor a good purchase?

Hi all!

I was just browsing for cheap budget IPS monitors when I found this: http://
I understand Acer monitors aren't the best, but aren't IPS monitors usually around £130+? So is this monitor worth the purchase or am I best just getting a better more expensive one?

P.S. I'm not too familiar with contrast ratio and stuff like that, so I'm not sure if 100M:1 is good or bad, any help would be appreciated!

A bit of everything, but mostly for graphics in games like modded Skyrim, Oblivion, Far Cry 3. I'm not concerned about the 60hz or 6ms as I'm not going to be playing any competitive fps or anything like that. I just want a nice picture and colour quality which is why I'd like an IPS panel.
