I need help with customizing my new video editing & gaming machine.

I need everything but a mouse, keyboard, and webcam. (Very happy with what I have now)

I'm upgrading as I want to reward myself, and to increase the video rendering speed of Adobe Premiere Pro & Camtasia. (Currently I'm on an Intel i7 870 with a single Nvidia GTX 570)

I first built this out here:
http://www.computerlx.com

The price was around $8,000...so I went and started the same build at PC Part Picker:

I show the PC Part Picker is closer to $6,500...and while I don't have time to build this myself, I'm looking to pay someone ~$500 locally and save all that extra money that PC Part Picker is trying to charge me.

2 questions:
1) Does computerlx tend to overcharge for their builds?
2) With the above config in PC Part Picker...what would you do differently? What am I going overboard with? What should I add?

(Thank you for your input, I greatly appreciate your expertise!)

Here, what about this one? I modified it for Nvidia cards. I included everything you need except for the expansion/peripheral items since I don't use those, you can add them if you wish.

Edit: And your local computer building place seems to rip you off, lol. The one that's near me only charges $375 to build the entire computer plus I get free OS from him of my choice.

I appreciate you letting me know about the $375, I haven't started locally pricing...so that's great to know I should be able to get it made for less than $500.

I appreciate you adding in the case fans and power supply recommendation....
(although I'll be sticking to the 5960x over the 5930k. I'm going to overclock the 5960x and need the 2 extra cores simply due to my editing needs...I do a lot more video editing than gaming now-a-days.)

Then why not just swap the cpu in the build? Unless there are other things you don't like in the build. And the $375 pricing is just by me, lol, I'm not sure if it'll be the same for others.
