So im finalizing a build, theres only a few parts i need. Last major one is the PSU. I really need some help picking one out

Case: Thermaltake Overseer RX-I Snow Edition ATX Full Tower Case
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-W
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (was hard finding a decent blue MB!)
RAM: ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
HDDs: Intel 730 Series 480GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
WD BLACK SERIES WD2003FZEX 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
TOSHIBA PH3300U-1I72 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail Kit (have 2 or 3 extras probably gonna throw 2 in there i think)
Video card: GIGABYTE 980GTX GV-N980G1 GAMING windforce
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit
The thing is im going for a particular theme here. White/blue. Because of this i need a white powersupply, or at the very least one with blue LED's or something. I cant seem to find one that fits the build. Im not even sure exactly how much wattage i need. Im thinking 800+ should be good. So figure maybe a 1000 just to be safe? The only white ones i can find are NZXT which are reviewed pretty poorly. Im guessing theyre a bad brand? Im looking for some suggestions/discusiion on good brands to look for or bad ones to avoid. Again: it has to be white or have a blue led or something along those lines.
I hear that Seasonic is good. I saw this on their site

it looks like it would be perfect, but i cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know when it will come out? If not i need some suggestions i need to get going on this build really soon
Also open to any other suggestions for other stuff to get. I need a few good 200mm fans for the case. Again: with blue leds or maybe white. I had a coolermaster 200mm laying around but i hear theyre not that great. Someone suggested a BitFenix Spectre pro so i found this:

Power supplies are important so i dont want to just grab something willy nilly. The white requirment is really limiting my options, hopefully someone can give me some ideas here
Oh, one more thing. FOr thermal paste. I ussed Tuniq in the past and it worked great. Thing is i cant recall which one i liked more. Tuniq TX-2, TX-2extreme, or TX-4. One was super thick and i didn't care for it much and the other 2 worked well though i cant remember which worked best. Anyone have any experience with those 3?
