Can I Play Battlefield 4 on Max Settings?

I've ordered my computer and I'm wondering whether I can play Battlefield 4 and other demanding, latest games.
Here are my specs:

850W Multi GPU power Supply
Intel® Core™ i7-5820K Processor (6-core, 15MB Cache, Over up to 3.8 GHz w/ Intel® Tur Boost)
GTX 980 with 4GB GDDR5
16GB Quad Channel DDR4 2133MHz (4GBx4)
2TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive + 128GB mSATA Solid State Drive

Please tell me what FPS I'll get on high and medium settings.
I'd like to record for my Youtube channel so I need high FPS.

You got more of a server and rendering cpu rather than a gaming cpu..

notice the higher single core performance of the 4790k.. that is what you wanted for gaming.

no going back now but it will still be nice.
