Trying to find a good monitor that doesn't just come with a vga cable,I don't really plan on using it for gaming much but I'm buying two mostly for multitasking, so I'm looking more image quality and color quality more than anything, I was looking at the acer one that doesn't have a bezel but they just jacked up the price. I really would like it to be 22'+ My current monitor is some syncmaster XL that I bought 5 years ago for like $350 it has served me well but looking to retire it because I do notice some issues starting to show up.

If you consider rebates to be actual discounts, then ASUS has several offerings around the 130 price range.
You can also find them on sale fairly often.

edit: I'm aware this isn't 22", but it's fairly close. I've had good experience with some of the 120 dollar range Acer monitors as well. those go on sale fairly often
