PC To MAX out all games on budget £1.100 !

I'm searching to buy whole system to max out all games (probably excluding Arma 2 or Whicher II with uber-sampling)

I would also need Display 23" or 24" (full HD of course)

My £1.100 is fully dedicated to that.

drop to an i5 processor. games dont really make use of hyperthreading and sometimes can even hurt performance.

You're going to need to run 7870 crossfire or an sli setup to run ultra setting on a monitor that big unless you restrict the resolution to 1080. A 23/24" monitors tend to run 1440 or 1600 for a resultion and a 7870 would get less than 30 frames per second on ultra setting in many games.
