What's the best way to connect this GPU and monitor to get 120Hz? I bought a HDMI 2.0 because I thought it supported 120Hz but it doesn't. What cable should I use?? I don't think the Benq Xl2411Z has a displayport but some people say it does??? I just want to get 120Hz using this monitor and GPU. What cable should I use?
Thanks,
Ben

Why are you asking what connections your monitor has when you can just look?

According to this link you should use a DVI cable since it supports HDMI, VGA, and DVI.

Other:
I suggest learning how to use Adaptive VSYNC and "HALF" adaptive VSYNC. With Adaptive Half VSYNC for example if a game is fairly demanding and has screen tearing then adjust the game settings so you stay above 60FPS most of the time (about 90%).

Basically you'll synch at 60FPS (no screen tearing) provided you can output at least 60FPS but if you can't the software disables VSYNC automatically (59FPS and below).

You need to get a dual DVI cable to support 1080p at 120hz
