Best gaming monitor 200$ 120hz

I need a gaming monitor that cost 200$ but is also 1920 X 1080 with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The size needs to be 23"-24". I don't even know if such a beast exist but I liked the BenQ monitors but the ones within my budget were 250$ and 250 cuts into my steam Christmas sale money. Is 120Hz not needed? I have 60Hz but I really want 120Hz because I have seen the difference it makes. Thanks in advance for responding

There is no 120 Hz monitor for 200$. the cheapest alternative (which is better) would be this:

if your gpu does not reach 120 fps or higher than you don't need it honestly

if your GPU doesn't reach 61fps or higher you mean. If the GPU is not achieving high FPS, then a 120Hz screen will offer you no benefit over 60Hz.
