Hey guys this is my first time building a computer. i am trying to make a computer in which i can play games on my computer such as dayz on settings which are fairly high, i know in my price range i wont get anything amazing. also i would like to edit some videos to put onto youtube.

Since you are on a tight budget, you can probably get the slightly faster the R7-265 for nearly the same price as the GTX 750 Ti.

The i5-4440 can handle any gfx card you can afford. It is a top tier gaming CPU: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
(the i5-4440 isn't listed, but if falls just ahead of the i5-4430)
