Will my old Gigabyte mobo use both PCIe x16 and x1 slots at same time?

Unfortunately, I'm the proud owner of this old gigabyte mobo.

I want to install both a TVtuner card and Wifi card using the PCIe X16 and PCIe x1 slots. As you can see, the slots are right next to one another and I've read that on some mobo's this means only one slot can be used at a time (since both are using the north-bridge).

I've read through the manual and it doesn't say one way or the other. Obviously I could use the PCI slot and buy a PCI card for one of them, but I'd prefer to go PCIe.

So, which is it - yes or no, and how can you tell?

Am I at least right in my concern, that some mobo's won't run both the PCIe 16 and ADJACENT PCIe x1 at the same time?
