Help please!! Monitor Mounting options

Hey ill be moving shortly and the house im going to will be rented . I prefer not to make drill wholes in the wall. Is there any way around this something easy you can buy but sturdy.
Looking at a 21.9 monitor approx 27-30 inches

You need a monitor arm. They basically clamp to a desktop or other similar surface, and can then hold the monitor in place.
