I have a VGA monitor that I want to connect to my graphics card, which doesn't have a VGA connection. On the internet I found a VGA to DVI-A cable, but the graphics card has a DVI-I connection. Can I plug a DVI-A cable into a DVI-I conector on my graphics card (and also have the monitor working with that)?

Sorry if my English isn't correct, but it isn't my first language. I hope you understand my question and that I can get an answer to it.
