EVGA GTX 750TI FTW vs ASUS STRIX 750TI

As the thread says, I'm planning to buy either one of them. As I don't know much about Graphic Cards, help me out a bit . Do tell me if my PC is a good one for $550 budget too .

My current PC specs are:
i5 4460
Mobo: GA-B85M DS3H
RAM: Kingston 8 GB
HDD: WD Green 1 TB.

The EVGA has the slight faster core clock/boost clock speed.

Yes, your i5 can keep up with any gfx card you can buy. But the green drive may give you problems. Green drives are not intended to be used as boot drives. They are to be used as secondary drives. They are a bit slower and some tend to go into sleep mode when not continually active.
