my recommendation:

AOC 23" check out the reviews on youtube it's pretty nice! and even though it says frameless, it's not frameless it has a bezel but it's just like every other company out there it's not like their bezel is bigger, actually maybe smaller but definitely not frameless as they try to put.

Some people reviewing the product maybe like 1 of out 10 are mad about getting it and it not being frameless, but this monitor is very very sexy.... and I believe they have a 24" as well, just check they have different models but i like this one.
