1. Which graphics card should I get for the following build considering the base price, reliability, reviews and MHz?

2. Also, does a 150MHz difference in a graphic make a lot of difference in terms of performance for this build?

3. Which GPU brands are generally more reliable in terms of its life span and quality within the R9 series? For example, I know that ASUS and Gigabyte are the best safe and reliable motherboards. But I don't know when it comes to GPUs.

Note: I chose the Z97 motherboard because I will upgrade my processor to an i5-4690k in about a year when I will have more money.

MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G TWIN FROZR Radeon R9 280 3GB 933MHz $199.99

Sapphire 100373L Dual-X Radeon R9 280 3GB 850MHz $184.99

Gigabyte GV-R928WF3OC-3GD WINDFORCE Radeon R9 280 3GB 950MHz $179.99

XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation 1GHz $179.99

My build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($106.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($98.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($60.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.31 @ Newegg)

I would get the gigabyte or xfx, they are cheapest and have the highest clock speeds. the Gigabyte one may have a better cooler on it tho.

The clock speeds wont make a huge difference but may help to squeeze a few extra frames per second though
