A lot of this is subjective, and mostly personal tastes, but I'll see what I can say:
Case: It looks like a good case, but one bad review here:

So, if you want to replace that case, I'd go with an Antec 302. Like this :

It has 170mm of clearance for a CPU cooler, and the Macho should fit.
Motherboard: Seems fine to me. It is recommended from Guru3d.com.
Processor: This is a good processor for games, work, whatever. If you plan on doing a LOT of encodings or other softwares that can make use of more than 4 threads, you might benefit from a 3770K, but this is enough.
Graphics: That's a good card, for that much money. If you plan on getting Nvidia, a 560 Ti is in the same price range, but I'd take a 6950 with 2GB of Vram over the 560 Ti.
HDD: not much to say here. I'd go for a WD Black, but that costs a little bit more than the seagate. Although you get a 5 year warranty with the WD Black.
Cooler: we settled this already.
Power Supply: That's a good choice, if I remember correctly, it is built by Sirfa, and at least one of those models were recommended by Johnny Guru. However, I'd go with a Corsair (to get the 5 year warranty) Enthusiast series, like this:

This is still more power than you'll need with your computer.
Memory: I think that set requires 1.65V instead of the normal 1.5V. That's right at the limits Intel said the memory controller on the Bridge series of CPU is capable of. Here is a set that's cheaper and doesn't require so much voltage:

Again, a lot of those choices are subjective. The RAM and CASE seems a little more objective in the choices.
