Recently bought a new processor i73770k and a new power supply and my frames are better but drop more often how to fix?

For Christmas i got a new processor i7 3770k and a 600 watt power supply before I had no problems except having enough frames after upgrading i have enough frames except the frames keep dropping. Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes reinstalling drivers helps with framerate drops. What gpu do you have?
