DDR3 compatible LGA 771 to 775 Mod Motherboard

Currently using a Asus Maximus Formula motherboard with a Xeon X3363 CPU. Happy with it and I'm trying to find out of I can get a motherboard that would take the same mod, but support DDR3 RAM. I have some 4GB DDR3 DIMMs and was wouldn't mind getting a board to use them. Thanks!
