CPU Idle Temps

I already know my laptops cooling is bad, it is a gaming ultrabook... but I was simply wondering if these idle temps are normal if not at least safe. My CPU idles at around 40-45 c after playing some games.

Now the weird thing is my GPU hits around 70-80 c at full load but it says it idles at 0 c, is this normal?

Please let me know if these temps are safe or whether they are hurting my laptop. Possibly I need to apply some new thermal paste or clean out the fans?

Those temps are perfectaly normal if you are worried about Temps I suggest getting Notebook Cooler like this one.
