So, the question I have is that B85M-E has one PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot and one PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot; GTX 660 is reported to be Double-slot with 3.0 PCI-E. Does it mean they are not compatible? Because Pcpartpicker says they are.
If they are not compatible, what MB can you advise? Same price range, £50-60.

That's my first time unpgrading my PC so I'm kinda clueless.

Alright, ty spooky!

Your board is compatible with the GTX 660. "Dual slot" doesn't mean it needs literally two slots. It only has one edge-connector like a standard card, but because of it's thickness the card has two backplates. This means the slot next to it cannot be used because it's backplate location will already be occupied.
