Building a PC for movies, tv, file transfers, excel, streaming ppv. Motherboard and other advice needed.

My main concern is HDMI connectivity and watching High def video being transferred to my 65" tv, and audio out to receiver that wont damage my speakers or fuzz too much.

i plan on using
HARD DRIVE: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
PC CASE: Thermaltake Core V71 Full-Tower Case w/ Window
MEMORY: AMD Radeon™ R9 Gamer Series 8GB (2x4GB)DDR3 2400 MHz
**** obviously only if i can find a motherboard to handle that ram right?
PROCESSOR: AMD FD6300WMHkBOX FX-6300 Six-Core 3.5GHz AM3+
GRAPHICS CARD: NONE
MOTHERBOARD: this is where i need the most help i guess. I have no idea! i dont think i'll be needing a graphics card. and i will be using an HDMI out to my tv. What do i look for in a motherboard? Im guessing one that has an HDMI output, supports my processor, and most importantly that handles video playback super good... The case i chose has 4 usb slots on top with 2 of them being usb 3.0 so i think the motherboard deals with that also right?

You might have problems getting that RAM up to 2400MHz with the CPU. AMD CPU's have weak memory controllers. From CPU world:

Memory controller
The number of controllers: 1
Memory channels: 2
Supported memory: DDR3-1866
Maximum memory bandwidth (GB/s): 29.9

Anything higher than 1866MHz will be iffy?
