27" 1920x1080 IPS 60hz monitor

My current setup is this:
MSI Z77A-G43
i5 3570
CORSAIR 8GB (2X4GB) VENGEANCE DDR3 1600MHZ CL9 DUAL KIT
GTX760
CORSAIR CARBIDE 300R 600W
Monitör: AG Neovo H-W22 (since 2008)

I would like to buy a new monitor with the following specifications:
27"
1920x1080
IPS
60hz

I don't play FPS games, that's why I picked IPS. I am on a budget so cannot afford high end products. I would be pleased if you could recommend a few models for me. Any other suggestions are also welcome.

Since every other feature is quite similar, the question becomes: "Is it worth paying twice as much for 4 more inches of screen?" Can you recommend any other similar models?
