23 - 24 inch 1080p IPS/PLS Monitor

I need a 23 or 24 inch FHD IPS/PLS monitor (AH-IPS or PLS [ not sure about the difference between S-PLS and AD-PLS but i guess its just rebranding] ) mostly for Gaming (Far cry 4 , Dragon age on my R9 270X ) and Movies.
-60hz
-Budget $200 (i kept 23 inch as an option because they are considerably cheaper than 24 inch)
-Reponse time 5 ms or less
-Matte or semi glossy screen
-Speakers are welcome but not necessary
-MINIMUM BLEEDING

Also not sure whether to take IPS or PLS (Ive heard PLS has more black light bleed)
So Please help me choose between the two panel types

It is an awesome monitor though. ASUS VN248H-P this one is 170 bucks, 5ms, 24 inch and IPS.

Yeah its good ! But its basically same as MX239H .. wonder why the price difference.

I do not know why but it is not an ultra wide monitor. MX239H is a lot more stylish and I just like it though. Just paying for the looks.

Cant get the VN248H-P near me :/
