GTX 970 second monitor slight flickering while gaming

I have 2 monitors, a BenQ GL2450 (main) and a GL2460 (secondary). When I game on the main monitor, the secondary one starts to flicker, lines are going up and down the screen. I recently upgraded my secondary monitor from a AMW 17inch.

How could I fix it?

Is it connected with VGA or DVI-D? As VGA is an analogue connector, it often has issues with flickering etc.

Would say the same thing, just seems like a bad connection, possibly try a different cable.
