R9 280X Eyefinity, (Monitors With DVI and VGA Only)

I have three of these older Acer monitors, the x223w model (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009145). I want to do an eyefinity setup with them, the monitors only have one DVI and one VGA. My video card is the Gigabyte R9 280X (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125490) which has a DVI port, two mini displayports and a HDMI. What adapters do I need to get for eyefinity to work? I know there's the active and passive adapters.

active display port - dvi/vga adapter
hdmi - dvi adapter
dvi cable

btw i think those are mini display port so you would need a mini display port to vga/dvi adapter.
